Code of Conduct

In order to preserve the soaring principles of membership in TXI, and to maintain representation in the TXI network, all members MUST appreciate, comprehend and abide by the following "Code of Conduct/Creed”.

• 1. Comprehension and recognition of the Xbox Live® & or Playstation disclaimer is a necessity for every TXI member.

• 2. Discrimination, racism, or harassment, by or towards, anyone in game lobbies, chat forums, or gaming situations of any type is absolutely not tolerated.

• 3. A TXI member: NEVER LEAVES ANOTHER TXI MEMBER BEHIND.

• 4. All members have an "Open Door Policy" to speak with Members, Leaders and Board Members on any issues or with any ideas.

• 5. TXI members are required to preserve a proficient comportment and attitude during play as well as within lobby chat.

• 6. TXI members are permitted to associate with any gaming league and or individual they please. The TXI Gaming Network does not tell you who your friends are and are not supposed to be. TXI members are encouraged to be open with their membership in other communities and companies if applicable.

• 7. All TXI members ought to be over the age of seventeen, among restricted exceptions.

• 8.) A TXI member is sophisticated, and does not act like he/she is more important than anyone else. Team Xiled is not about who is ranked higher than who. We are a TEAM, and every member is important. This especially applies to non TXI members. Do no talk down to people you do not know in games just because they talk trash to you. Always be the bigger person. People are respected for who they are.

• 9. Comprehension and recognition of the list of prohibited activities is a necessity for every TXI member.

THE MANAGEMENT OF TXI HAS A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR ANY MEMBER WHO VIOLATES THE TXI CODE OF CONDUCT. MEMBERS MUST UNDERSTAND THAT THE LEADERSHIP OF TXI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS; ALL MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEMSELVES.

The list of prohibited activities includes, but is not limited to: Illegal Drugs, Software and other forms of piracy, Racketeering, Money laundering, Blackmail, Murder, Child Pornography, Prostitution, Bestiality, Incest, Slavery, Fraud, Cannibalism, Theft, Vigilantism, Harassment, and Acts of Treason. ALL TXI MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND TXI's "CODE OF CONDUCT/Creed.
