Welcome to Team Xiled International's Personal Computer Team! We take our time to offer all our gamers a way to stay connected to the ever so often changing environment our gamers see everyday. We are working everyday, trying new programs to stay connected with all our members. We have setup a ranking system that follows this passage to achieve the fullest communication between our multi-gaming network. All our members range from different gaming environments like runescape, world of warcraft, independent games, valve and steam powered games, curse client, ijji games, etc. We support all those games listed, and more to come! We stay connected and communicate everyday through forums. We use this ranking system to divide power amongst all our members giving these rank power to all our wide-spread games to support their decisions to try out new games everyday, giving your rank power for all games we support. We communicate using Team Xiled powered forums, which can be accessed through the forums bottom off the main menu bar. As stated before, and can be observed above: we are always trying new programs which have capabilities of linking all games we support and adding all members to one list, maintaining the ranking structure automatically. Some program trails are successful, some not but at least we're ready everyday searching, making calls, pulling strings, and taking all tips from all members to make our family better for you and your friends. TXI Trial: description; "Trial," is the first of many ranks within the personal computer operations. This rank is in place to ensure your dedication to our widespread community(see requirements in following passage). Requirement/ls; TXI Trials must apply to our website and have a basic understanding of TXI's rules and regulations. How to exceed said rank; You must complete all requirements and be apart of TXI's community for a minimum of 48 hours. After requirements are achieved you will automatically be ordered as a "TXI Recruit." REPORTS TO: ranking officer, "Senior." OTHER INFO.:(If invited by any TXI member of any operation, you will skip the rank, "Trial." You will automatically be spoken to as a, "TXI Recruit," assuming that you apply to our forums and all other sign ups that a Trial rank up requires.)

TXI Recruit: description; "Recruit," Recruits are like trials but they are invited by a Senior and will be accepted into the community faster then a TXI Trial , recruit is the second of many ranks within the personal computer operations. This rank is in place to ensure your dedication to our widespread community(see requirements in following passage). Requirement/s; TXI Recruits must apply to our website and have a basic understanding of TXI's rules and regulations. How to exceed said rank; You must complete all requirements of prior ranks and be apart of TXI's active(activity must be a number of 12 posts/replies) forums community. After requirements are achieved you will automatically be ordered as a "TXI Senior," after you advise your ranking officer that you completed these ranks. REPORTS TO: ranking officer, "Director."

TXI Senior: description; "Senior," is a higher rank within the personal computer operations. Senior have abilities(which will be described exceeding passage/s) that recruits do not although some being the same, senior gain more respect and have a higher chance to achieve better ranks, quicker.As a senior you can invite a friend in TXI, he will become a TXI recruit and they will be apart TXI's community faster then Trials. Seniors have to ability to gain admin to both our Ventrilo and Gaming Servers ran by Personal Computer Operations. Requirement/s; Seniors must complete all previous requirements as well as an average activity of 5 hours per week. Activity may include posting and replying to threads on TXI forums as well as attending tournaments or other social events within the TXI community. All activity will be determined by your ranking officer. How to exceed said rank; You may exceed this rank only by talking to your ranking officer and completing their requested requirements. If you do not agree with asked requirements you may always report to their ranking officer and file a complaint. REPORTS TO; "Director."

TXI Director/s:[TXI Tail, TXI Prophet of Time] description; "Director," is a highly honored rank within personal computer operations. Directors have the ability of all ranks below as well as ability to command trails; recruits and seniors. Directors can withhold a members rank from progressing through computer operations ranking structure. However, if you are withheld privileges to progress through your rank having met your basic requirements, you may file a complaint about said director and actions will be given within 24 hours, giving you a direct reply through your e-mail. Requirements; High activity determined by your ranking officer as well as meeting all requirements of undermining ranks weekly. Directors will gain rcon access to all our servers and will be included on direct conversational ideas for this Operations future decisions. Directors will gain rcon access to all our servers databases as a reward for there excellence, as well as many other benefits that come with the job. How to exceed said rank; Exceeding this rank would put you among the few that have full authority of TXI personal computer operations. so you must gain 3 recommendations from random members of TXI personal computer operations which will be selected and questioned by your ranking officer. You will not get to pick these recommendations simply to make sure you branch out entirely to your community. REPORTS TO; ranking officer, "Personal Computer Management Officer(TXI Masters)."

TXI Master:[Tom Constantino via. TXI Elder] Description; "Master" The pyramid of TXI Personal Computer Operations. This rank requires multiple areas of experience and only contains one member at a period of time. If the Master fails to do it's job, 2/3 of the PC Operations members may vote against this leader, effectively removing said member. If a master quits his/her job, PC Operations members would select a new Master from current Directors with a tally vote. If this rank doesn't have sufficient members, the ranking pattern for candidates would go as highest to lowest position/experience. Personal Computer Management Officer(TXI Master) have ftp access to our gaming servers and distributes admin to our servers. This member can be contacted from the contact us page on the top right of our website, for admin access, or any issues involved ranks or CPU related issues you still may have, that our website cannot answer.
