The TXI Gaming Network is the prevalent gaming community on Xbox Live. There is nothing better than social networking, so come on over and check out the real TV gaming environment that is full of fun, teamwork and friendship. Here at the TXI Gaming Network, we are dedicated to serve gamers and provide them with a positive experience.

 

The TXI Gaming Network is the result of four years of online social networking training and hands on experience to produce the greatest gaming community the industry has ever seen.

Team Xiled International consists of a special group of young and older individuals that share similar interests and likeminded goals. Building leaders, coaching gamers to succeed in life by staying in school, learning the benefits of higher education and military enrollment, pressuring every age group to reinforce their real life work ethics, and goal oriented lifestyles is a day to day routine.

The cultures here in TXI are limitless, producing influential gamers from every country, and every language.

The members are educated in: diversity, micromanagement, business ethics, morals, common values, integrity, perseverance, and live these beliefs to the fullest, making TXI one of the most diverse and sophisticated communities in the world.

TXI’s leaders live the life in becoming more proficient with their knowledge gained through their experience in our business setting.

The members learn different qualities and traits from their leaders to shape themselves, producing a superior role-model for future TXI members, and then expressing what they learned while online, and in their workplace or at school.

TXI is a learning environment and reinforces our members drive, making them more confident in their leadership, and less reckless with real life relationships and associations. Our members are faced with prospect from the time they join with immense opportunities that give them micro-management and public consulting experience. The educational programs that are offered mentor members to be outgoing, and work with people well.

Within the first few weeks, TXI consisted of approximately 2300 members dedicated to enhance their gaming environment integrated by companionship and sincerity, but that number is just a starting point, new members are aquatinted every day.

TXI is prearranged in a structure of divisions and squads.

Divisions are very unique with a hierarchy of a few key individuals who assist the members in staying organized and make decisions in the betterment of its members. Each division is managed by a different personality, and a different style of leadership which proves diversity in our organization. Leaders are urged to be entrepreneurs by testing new dreams and ideas that will bring something new and exciting to the community while providing superior guidance through trial and error.

A division may reach around 1000 members but may be much more.

The members are then placed in a select few squads where they learn everything they need to know, from organizational skills to politics, and even as far as personal relationships.

The members, during game play are encouraged to be competitive but are reminded of good sportsmanship and team building concepts. Our members are not here to prove who is better than whom, but are here to share a friendly place to game.

TXI has members that range from the age of 15-59, where young adults interact with older gamers, giving them education, and guidance to learn to play more maturely. Members are exposed to successful people all over the world that encourage our members to follow the same paths by believing they have the ability and strength to do so. Our older adults interact with the youth teaching valuable lessons, and a wide variety of social skills.

TXI’s older members are given a chance to have fun, and give the XBOX LIVE community a much more organized feel.

In TXI these members utilize this point to have the very unique experience of building an international gaming community.

 

 

TXI History

 

May of 2009 marked the first year and ground break of TXI. This was made easily possible through the technology that supports fast, online networking.

This marked the time when experience and integrity came together bonded by friendship. R3X, Kev, Boss, Cheeks, Juice, Sandman, RingMaster, Jake, Comatose built the foundation for the future of gaming as we know it.

Opportunities and Benefits

 

When the members are inducted into the community, they are branded by our code, ethics, morals and values that are expected to be easily practiced through their gaming career.

This system is followed strictly and adds structure to game play, and the organization.

This gives way to adding more features for TXI’s members including tasks they may choose to perform and or extra-curricular programs/activities they wish to get involved with.

Members are given the chance and schooling to learn Web Design from senior designers, who design and maintain our websites, and utilize their skills to make a living.

They can progress from a basic design level to working full time as a professional designer.

Member’s who live the life of an artist, can choose to inhabit into the field of graphic design, where TXI’s members can learn Digital art, working with Photoshop and training in even more specific fields.

Members may apply, and perhaps improve themselves to a professional level, and we encourage them to do so if it is their interest.

Members are given the chance and schooling to participate on the news team for TXI. Members who enjoy writing or would like to improve their skills show their work and opinionate on: game and product reviews, current events, political, community news and so on...

The training for all these fields consists only of an application, and the members that have shown true talent in these fields, are enthusiastic and ambitious for new TXI inductees, and even senior members to take a closer look at their studies.

After editing and reviewing, our members writing is then posted on TXI’s website and made public, giving them the opportunity to be discovered.

This isn’t all that is offered, we also have intriguing programs such as: (Media) Productions, Marketing, Advertising, (Social) Consulting, Human Resources and Member Management. Check us out.

Tournaments and Prizes

 

TXI holds tournaments and contests every month. Some are planned and announced ahead of time, some are spontaneous. Our members never know when something is going to be thrown at them to participate in something fun and exciting that will in turn allow them to compete for a prize.
