Have you heard and or seen the word/name "Dirty" in multiple gamer tags here in Team Xiled? Well if you haven't, here is a background of what we know as: "The Dirty Crew"

My name is Leo, I was born on my grandfathers birthday. Not only was I named after him, I also carried on his nickname, thats right, "Dirty". The name was given to him originally because of his dancing. You might be thinking at this point, how did this legacy/tradition pass over to xbox live?

My original tag was R3X. (Which is how most know me or refer to me as) I introduced leadership skills and brand new ethics to TXI under a name I called, "R3XIMUS DIIRRRTTYY STYLE GAMING" Which involved having a great time. This concept is still the foundation of how Team Xiled is run today.

I decided to put my nickname into my GT, and now it is: "TXI DirtyR3X 1" my tag was the only one of its kind excluding one famous "DirtyDog" but that is irrelevant to this story. I remained the only one until I crossed paths with Kev. From the moment we met, we hit it off. We became friends, and partners, and along with that came the branded and shared name of "Dirty".

Our close friends wanted to also share the name to represent who we were, and who we hung out with most. From there, I decided to call ourselves, 'The Dirty Crew". That is how we came to be, and this is who we are. We are a group of friends, that love to have a great time. We are also knowledgeable members/leaders of Team Xiled International

The group of friends started to become so large, that the meaning of what started the Dirty Crew started to fade away. So we have decided to set some guidelines and explanation of what we are, to become, and remain exclusive.

Your request to join must be approved by a Team Xiled Senior.

You Need to be registered and active on TXIGN.com, and txign.org

You Must know the TXI Chain of Command. (Executives, Seniors, Staff).

You Must have a thorough understanding of the TXI Code of Conduct, Ranking and Corporate Structure, Expectations, Basic Xiled Concepts/Values/Etiquette, and most importantly, the meaning of TXI. Team Xiled International.

You Must represent TXI in a Professional Manner. Be polite, have a great attitude! We're all friends!

You are automatically inducted into the Dirty Crew once you have been promoted to General Manager. By proving yourself as an experienced leader of the community, you are recognized here on out Dirty Crew Leaders List, and on the forums as a Leader as well. Congratulations! You are apart of our online family.
